Brown Transfer Co. Hands Off Bill Processing To DDC FPO
The Heartland's No. 1 carrier has completed the roll out of its BOL processing to freight data capture experts DDC FPO.

Brown Transfer faced many of the same issues that other large logistics providers deal with in data entry: High turnover rate, expensive monitoring, decentralized organization and inefficiencies throughout.
According to Brown Transfer's Trevor Aden, Director of Business Development, the carrier looked to outsource its data entry to eliminate unnecessary time and costs.
