Brookfield Properties Bags Indian Green Building Council Excellence Award for Two of Its IT Parks
Candor TechSpace Wins the Best Performer Award for Fostering Sustainability and State-of-the-Art Infrastructure.

Both of these properties have been platinum-certified by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). Candor TechSpace G2, Sector 21, Gurugram and Candor TechSpace N2, Sector 135, Noida, were facilitated with the award at the “Performance Challenge for Green Built Environment 2020.” The award highlights Brookfield Properties’ objective to cut down the negative impact of commercial buildings on the environment by utilizing the available set of resources judiciously.

The 'Performance Challenge for Green Built Environment' program was launched by the Indian Green Building Council to allow fully-certified green building projects to maintain their facilities as green. Buildings achieving different types of certifications by the IBC (Bronze/Gold/Platinum) before 2019 are facilitated with this award.
