Frank comes to Rinnai from Kohler Company where he has enjoyed a very successful career of over the past 24 years. Most recently he served as Vice President of Sales - Plumbing America's. He started his career at Kohler in 1990 as Zone Sales Executive in Columbia, Maryland and progressed to Branch Manager in Atlanta and then Detroit, Director of Builder, Hospitality, and Commercial Sales, Director of Retail Sales, and Director for the Central Region. In 2006 Frank was promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales - Plumbing America's. In this capacity he was responsible for all sales including Wholesale, Retail, Builder, Commercial, and Hospitality for the America's. His initiatives included generating double digit growth, key distributor growth, supply chain alignment, Latin America entry strategy, and roll out of the Kohler Store.
