- (1888PressRelease) May 07, 2014 - In a newly created role, Sales Operations Director, Chris will manage and coordinate all sales support and customer service efforts, including deployment of the Sales Training team. In addition, he will be responsible to generate and provide analytics for sales reporting, work closely with Sales Management on sales performance, and act a department liaison with regard to SAP/CRM system and usage. "We are thrilled to have Chris Crumlich join the RWC team to help us continue to drive the double digit growth that we've experienced over the past decade", stated Rob Wassem, Senior Vice President of Sales.
Chris brings more than a decade of sales, operations and customer service leadership to his new role with Reliance Worldwide. He began his career in a sales and sales support role with Porter-Cable focusing on the Home Center channel, and then worked at Alfred Karcher where he was responsible for restructuring the entire customer support organization. His most recent position was Director of Customer Operations with Onity. Chris earned a BSBA degree in Marketing at East Carolina University.
