Katy Britto has joined USA-FACT as Manager of Marketing and Business Development.

Katy has been working in the Employment Screening industry since 2002 and has a proven track record in marketing, business development and public relations. In her new role, Katy will be responsible for all marketing and advertising strategies to accelerate sales growth of USA-FACT's hiring solutions, including background checks, substance abuse testing, I-9 verifications, e-Verify, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); and identifying and managing new strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining USA-FACT, Katy served in various roles in the employment screening and loss prevention industries. Katy's experiences include work with a large drug and health screening organization where she was responsible for the nationwide sales and marketing campaigns, and an international security services firm where she was a key participant in launching a comprehensive compliance and integrated web-based recruitment solution for corporations nationwide. Katy also held positions in public relations promoting security services, including: Background Screening, Risk Assessments, Hotline Reporting and CTPAT. Her work was published in the Washington Post, USA Today, Washington Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Denver Post and various trade publications, including: Transportation & Distribution Magazine, Fleet Owner, Access Control & Security Systems, Security Beat and Corporate Security Newsletter. She is actively involved in the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), serving on the Conference Committee and Best Practices & Compliance Committee Drug Testing Sub-committee.
