In addressing the issue of engaging utility customers during difficult events, Forrest Small, VP of Grid Optimization, will be presenting at EUCI's Outage Communications conference during the panel discussion on "The Future of Outage Communications."
The EUCI Outage Communications event will be held on April 8-9 in Irwindale, California. This conference will feature case studies from many of the top performing North American utilities, as ranked by J.D. Powers, alongside industry professionals from leading utility partners including BRIDGE Energy Group. The panel, comprised of utilities including Southern California Edison (SCE) and the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), will address topics including Smart Grid, preference management, social media and mobile.
