Bricett Entitled to Sell Innalabs' AHRS M2 and AHRS M2-M
Turkey-based daughter company of Innalabs - has received the rights to sell Innalabs' Attitude Heading Reference Systems: aerial AHRS M2 and marine AHRS M2-M.
- (1888PressRelease) February 10, 2011 - BRICETT - Turkey-based manufacturer and provider of inertial sensors and systems and Innalabs' daughter company - has received the rights to sell Innalabs' Attitude Heading Reference Systems: AHRS M2 and AHRS M2-M which are tactical grade inertial systems used for aerial and marine applications.
The AHRS M2 and AHRS M2-M consist of gyroscopes for measuring absolute angular rates of the AHRS carrier, accelerometers for determining initial attitude of the AHRS, and magnetometers for determining initial alignment of the AHRS in azimuth. The vehicle orientation angles (heading, pitch and roll) are calculated through special integration of gyros outputs. Gyros drifts in tilt angles (pitch, roll) and heading angle are corrected with the help of accelerometers and magnetometers outputs. The AHRS M2 and AHRS M2-M are equipped with software, which makes it possible for the end user to calibrate the units if needed.
The AHRS M2-M is designed for marine applications, as it has a waterproof case and its software allows the unit to make its initial alignment during start-up while the vehicle is rocking.
The AHRS M2 and AHRS M2-M provide a dynamic accuracy of 0.4 - 0.7 deg RMS and are temperature compensated. Additional competitive advantages are their low power consumption (0.66W) and compact design. Along with outstanding performance of the AHRS, BRICETT offers a very fast and hassle-free purchasing process due to the fact that export licenses are not required from customers, and therefore the delivery term is relatively short.
The AHRS M2 and AHRS M2-M are being successfully used as backup navigation systems on small-sized planes Cessna 140 type, as navigation systems for speed boat stabilization, and for marine point-to-point antennas stabilization.
