Brian Snow Leaves Vornado Realty Trust To Become CEO Of Pristine Environments
Ascend Global Investments, LLC a New York based investment firm has announced that Brian M. Snow, has been hired as the Chief Executive Officer of their Pristine Environments portfolio company.

Pristine Environments is a facility services company that provides specialized high performance janitorial, architectural restoration and operations & maintenance services to Government, SCI/TS Cleared facilities, Biotech, Healthcare, Higher Education and Commercial clients.
Ascend Global and their investors have raised a fund to acquire 15 operating companies over the next 5 years in the Washington, New York, Princeton, San Francisco and Boston regions. He will continue to leverage his extensive corporate experience leading operational integration of the companies and the future growth of Pristine Environments.

From 2005 to 2011, Snow was the Senior Vice President & Regional Director for Vornado Realty Trust-a diversified publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a market capitalization greater than $15 Billion. He was on the executive management team of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, BMS (Building Maintenance Services); a $200M facility management company with offices in Boston, New York, Washington, Philadelphia and San Francisco. In addition to his regional P&L responsibilities and team of 1500 employees, Snow handled the company's acquisition deal flow and strategic branding efforts. BMS is an industry leading "out-sourced" service firm providing engineering, janitorial, security and architectural maintenance services to the commercial real estate, luxury hotels, colleges/universities and retail markets.
Prior to Vornado Realty Trust, Snow held senior level positions with numerous facility services firm, most notably the Stuart Dean Company-an international architectural services firm founded by his great grandfather in 1932.
Snow has a Master's degree from Georgetown University's, McDonough School of Business, where he graduated with distinct honors with a concentration in Leadership. He received his Bachelors of Science in finance from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Since 2007, Snow has been a Wharton Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania's, Wharton School of Business.
