The economic boom in South Texas detailed in a recent report published by the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank includes growth of 15.4% in seasonally adjusted retail sales in the 23-county area, sales tax revenue increases of 9.3%, and annualized growth in weekly wages of 14.6%.
