New Homes Division Hires Marketing Manger.

A High Point, NC native and graduate of Western Carolina University, Howard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Public Relations. Her past experience includes 10 years at Time Warner Cable News, 6 of those as Executive Morning Producer. Prior to that, she worked as News Production Assistant at WRAL-TV.
In her new role at Builder Services, Howard will handle the day-to-day marketing for new home neighborhoods and be responsible for bringing traffic to those communities, including creating and managing marketing budgets, assisting in the design and branding of neighborhood advertising campaigns and websites, coordinating community public relations, social media and tracking and reviewing advertising effectiveness in the marketplace. Howard is a member of the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builders Association, the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council, and New Home Marketing Group of America. She currently resides in Raleigh.
