Brenden S. Gingrich's practice focuses on the protection of intellectual property for the biotechnology and medical device industries. He focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, counseling on patent strategy, and intellectual property due diligence for both large and small businesses, as well as individual inventors.
