Branson’s Nantucket offers their owners and guests state of the art handicapped resort amenities.
(1888PressRelease) October 27, 2009 - Branson, MO - Branson’s Nantucket, a lake front luxury resort in Branson Missouri, has announced that handicapped access is now their top priority. According to Geoff Petter operating manager at the resort, “Branson’s Nantucket is proud to offer 5 bedroom vacation homes that are designed with the comfort of our guests in mind. These homes are over 3200 sqft with extremely large rooms to help accommodate larger families.” Petter goes on to explain “The other exciting benefit to the five bedroom unit is that it can be broken down to separate two bedroom and three bedroom units since it has two full kitchens.”
According to Jaimie Payson, an owner at the resort and travel writer for over 20 years, “When we vacation with our children, we also take my mother in-law with us. She can’t do stairs very well and at some resorts she could not enjoy certain things especially when there on different floors. When we learned of all the special attention Branson’s Nantucket is giving to accommodate handicapped visitors we decided to purchase.”
Branson’s Nantucket has not only planned full wheelchair access but also elevators for all to enjoy. Another member, Susan Vitt stated, “My husband has bad knees and he would not walk up to the Widow’s Peak. Some people don’t understand, but it would just hurt him too much. Now that the units have elevators the entire unit is accessible to everyone regardless of mobility. The elevators are such a huge plus and allow the whole family be together. After all, that’s the real reason why we go on vacation besides the fun and relaxation.”
Branson’s Nantucket is located at the famed Stormy Point cove where some of the most famous Branson residents have homes. “The views from every unit are simply the best” according to Payson. “One of our favorite things is to just sit on the deck in the evenings and watch the Branson Belle circle the lake with all its lights on not to mention that the sunsets are absolutely stunning.”
