Cape Cod Cares For Our Troops is a non-profit organization started by then 12-year-old (now 18) Dylan DeSilva of Brewster, Mass. Cape Cod Cares for Our Troops, which sends care packages to U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan on a weekly basis, set a goal of 1500 care packages to be sent for the holidays.
