According to general manager Akram Shaar, the success of the HR department and management policy in attracting and training Saudi staff underlines the potential to develop the local component of any hotel operation in the Kingdom.
"We are delighted to have Saudi nationals working in a variety of positions, ranging from kitchen stewards and room attendants through to front office receptionists and bell boys, as well as a strong representation in the sales department and at management level," he said.
