Current data indicates that the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated an already-existing mental health crisis, with anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation on the rise, making effective, accessible treatment more important than ever. A Mental Health America (MHA) report showed that more than 10 per cent of Connecticut teens had a major depressive episode during the past year.
BlueSky's dedicated mental health treatment staff are experts in their fields and practice a variety of disciplines, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Neurofeedback Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure Response Therapy.
