Forty-one employees spanning all three levels—junior, intermediate, and senior—were honored with awards recognizing their exceptional performance. Attendees savored an evening filled with enjoyable activities and a lavish gala dinner, making the event a memorable occasion.
CMD Jagrut Vasoya, in his inspiring speech, reflected on the remarkable journey of BlueWing DCPL, from its humble beginnings to its current stature as a powerhouse in the construction sector. He highlighted the company’s exponential growth, emphasizing its transition from a small firm to a robust organization boasting a team of 150 technical members and over 1500 laborers. Under his visionary leadership, BlueWing DCPL has completed projects spanning millions of square feet, with a promising pipeline of future endeavors.
Vasoya emphasized the core beliefs that have shaped and set a path for BlueWing DCPL, such as excellence, employee empowerment, and the uncompromising rules of serving customers. The company’s ethos of letting good talent slip from under its nose was actually the reverse.
It was actually about developing talent from within, which gave every employee the same opportunity to shine and eventually become a leader. The proactive nature of the company is a strategy needed to attain a valuation of Rs. 1000 crore. For the period of FY 2031 onwards, I’d like to aim the business not only toward higher growth goals, but, at the same time, to keep innovation at the core of the company’s credo.
