Blue Magnolia, once just about bread pudding, is now making cookies!

On August 1, 2011, Blue Magnolia announced their plans to develop a new line of products to add to their already successful bread pudding line. Cookie mixes will be their next focus for 2012. Sweet potato is the buzz word for the first cookie mix. Add to that, oatmeal, and less sugar and you have a cookie that is actually healthy and good at the same time. Three cookies offer just 60 calories with 7 grams of sugar. Even the vitamin A is 30% of the daily recommended value.
Carrots may well be the secret ingredient for the next cookie mix, which will launch in the fall of 2012.
