Established in 2012, Blue Coast Securities Fixed Income Fund was conceived with the idea of providing a low risk high reward participation through a diversified approach to balancing both value and international real estate growth. This strategic focus remains its guiding principle, with continued analysis of countries, property markets, and the portfolios and management of individual companies. As part of "Blue Coast Securities Fixed Income Fund" Senior members of Blue Coast Securities, Inc. have acquired an international real estate development company for the Barracuda Bay Development in Antigua.

The project, "Barracuda Bay", begin development in the early Fall of 2013 and will consist of 89 luxury villas and apartments on an elevated bluff on 12.81 near Darkwood Beach, on the west coast of Antigua. Every property will have direct west facing ocean or beach views, and there are two adjacent beaches that regularly feature in the list of top beaches in the region. All properties will feature open panoramic floor to ceiling views to maximize the location, indoor/outdoor infinity edged pools, multi level private terraces with gazebos, beach cabanas and outdoor dining areas
