    Michael Cohen, Levin's vice-president of leasing, negotiated the long-term lease. Peter Levine of Charter Realty & Development Corp. served as tenant broker in the transaction.

"There's incredible demand today for affordable, convenient gyms that cater to consumers of all ages," he said. "Blink Fitness is the ideal amenity to complement the existing retail mix at Clifton Plaza, in addition to being a great neighborhood resource for those who live and work in the community."
