Downtown Miami's Courthouse Tower and 8200 Doral become the newest additions to the firm's 2.5 million RSF leasing portfolio.
- Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) January 10, 2013 - Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for two office buildings in Miami-Dade County: the 101,144 square foot 8200 Doral building and the 161,905 square foot Courthouse Tower. 8200 Doral (formerly Royal Palm Doral Center III) is a four story office building in the heart of Doral, located at 8200 NW 41st Street. Courthouse Tower is a 25-story office building located at 44 West Flagler Street, directly across from the Miami-Dade County Courthouse in downtown Miami. The new assignments grow Blanca Commercial Real Estate's office leasing portfolio to 2.5 million rentable square feet.
