  • New York, NY (1888PressRelease) September 19, 2018 - With diversity and inclusion as it’s hallmark, The BK Style Foundation will debut an awards ceremony for our icons, whose work has served to motivate others in industries related to film, art, philanthropy, business and fashion. The ceremony will take place September 28th, 2018 at the Brooklyn Borough Hall from 6:00-9:00pm. The event will be hosted by the office of the Brooklyn Borough President (Eric Adams).

    This 1st annual Muse Award Ceremony celebrates Brooklyn’s diversity and culture especially for those who have inspired our community while supporting and uplifting the marketing of the Brooklyn borough. Honorees will include Rap legend Lil Kim alongside artist Young Paris, and Clothiers MOSHOOD, to name a few. Still in its infancy, the Muse Awards is a celebration of leadership in Brooklyn culture. The Muse award recognizes its honorees as artists, creatives and influencers that have continued to shape our community as well as to inspire those less served.

    BK Style Foundation has put together a star studded evening to celebrate the icons and influencers with catering by a celebrity chef later to be announced. A performance by The Muse Brooklyn Circus, Young Paris and a miniature runway show featuring two iconic Brooklyn designer brands - BK Circus and MOSHOOD is expected to follow suit.
