She is a contributing author to the ACSM's Exercise Professionals' Manual and featured in Entrepreneur Magazine's Start Up Series, Start Your Own Personal Training Business.
Ellen created her company, EnerG Coaching, LLC to help business professionals and entrepreneurs who struggle with balancing their time between busy careers and their personal lives, health and well-being.
