Bistango, which is situated in the Atrium building in the heart of Irvine's bustling business district, will make the meeting space available Mondays - Fridays from 7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. The $400 room cost includes coffee, tea, fresh fruit juices, croissants and light pastries baked that morning for up to 20 people with a $15 per person cost for larger groups. (72 hours notice is required for breakfast meeting reservations.) While basic AV equipment is available at no cost, more sophisticated gear like projectors, video conferencing and cable TV feeds are available at an additional cost. "We're regularly asked by our guests if we could expand our hours to accommodate their early morning meetings," said Ghoukassian, whose family owns the venerable restaurant.
