Birko's Kelly Green Named To 2012 Outstanding Women in Business

Green is one of the youngest finalists, if not the youngest finalist. She was recognized in the large business category.
"As the third-generation owner and chairman of Birko, Kelly has made an invaluable contribution to the success of our company, and to our industry," said Mark Swanson, Birko's CEO. "She is well deserving of this honor."
Green is one of two women serving on the National Meat Association's board of directors. She is a former member of the CSU Executive MBA Board, and a former MVP for the University of Colorado women's golf team.
