On October 20th, 2010, the New York College of Podiatric Medicine honored three distinguished individuals at its centennial year celebration, a convocation and testimonial luncheon held at the New York Academy of Medicine.
Criteria for recipients of this honor include qualities such as leadership and achievement in the healthcare field or in business; longstanding dedication to Podiatry and its allied disciplines; outstanding and exemplary character; and notable public service to the Tri-State region, the nation and the international community, whether it be through impressive professional accomplishments, elected office or leadership efforts as a volunteer.
"This award reflects a body of work achieved by a team of players and collaborators rather than that of an individual," stated Mr. Romans, "It has been a privilege to support and work with those who save countless lives across the country. I am proud of what BioMedix™ has accomplished and I am humbled by this acknowledgement from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine."
Mr. Romans, hooded by Thomas J.
