Brink, who founded his organization as a way to create additional revenue for himself and his family in 2002, soon turned into a leader in his field.
As an online booking agency that puts together tours and attractions in the state of Hawaii, Brink oversees the day to day operations. He is active in planning marketing strategies, site updates, new content, reservations and the accounting aspects of the business. Recently though, he was able to outsource his marketing programs and accounting control over to a firm in California so he can concentrate more on the website.
"Knowing our products is my biggest strength," Brink said about his business. "Understanding the client and their needs is an important part of knowing which product to select. Our guests know that we are here for them with their best interests in mind."
Boasting over twenty years in the tourism industry, Brink hopes to expand his online dominance and become the foremost tour and attraction company in the state. He also hopes to construct a new corporate office and have a physical presence on all of the islands of Hawaii sometime in the foreseeable future.
Brink started a scholarship program within his local high school, granting awards to graduating students that will be majoring in business and tourism as a way to help pursue and excel in their fields. He is also a member of the Maui Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Hawaii Visitor and Convention Bureau and the Bureau and Dun and Brad Street. He was named Top Producer of the Month forty-one Times and Top Producer of the Year eleven times during his time as an activity agent for numerous timeshare companies in Maui. Brink was also named to the Top Ten Producers of the Year and earned three national awards for top producer in the Hawaii region. When Tim isn't busy working, he enjoys playing golf and surfing the internet.
