Peden, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, opened his store in May of 2010 after spending many years working in the corporate world.
As owner of the liquor store, Peden is essentially responsible for the management, organization, and day to day operations. He works hard to create a vision that will provide him with company growth and continued success. His background has made him meticulous, consistent, and extremely determined. His learned analytical and problem skills can be used in any environment, and especially takes advantage of them in the fast moving and dynamic environment that he calls T&T Liquors.
"I am an electrical engineer who decided to open a libation business," Peden said. "I have always had a life-long desire to achieve independence from Corporate America."
Having grown tired of the powers that be, specifically the economy, Peden knew it was the right time to branch off on his own and take the plunge into entrepreneurship. He hopes to continue with the success of the store, possibly open a few more locations, develop a good rapport with area restaurants and bars, and also has a ten-year plan on becoming the best Texas libation company in the state.
With the inspiration and drive to move forward with the help of his wife and loving children, Peden is excited for the future. When his isn't busy working, he enjoys playing basketball and shooting pool. He is also a strong supporter of the Police Benevolent Society, Star of Hope and American Red Cross.
