The selection recognizes Sheri Winesett's commitment to excellence in Business and Franchise Operations.
Winesett, a 1994 graduate of Old Dominion University with a BS in Political Science, began her career as an international lobbyist devising and implementing strategic plans for Fortune 100 companies in 1995. She became an ActionCOACH business owner and certified business and executive coach in 2005. In 2007, she became the master licensee for ActionCOACH Virginia.
In Winesett's role, her primary responsibility is to recruit coaches who are the right fit to join the Virginia team and to support them in growing their business. There are three opportunities to join the team, which include a single practice, a firm builder, or an employee coach that works within a firm.
Always wanting to be a role model for women entrepreneurs and to help others have success in their business and personal life, Winesett has found great satisfaction in her entrepreneurship.
