Biltmore Who's Who Selects Sandra Brittian as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Brittian, who holds a BS in Economics and Finance from Northeastern Louisiana University, has spent the last thirty years perfecting her role in the field. Beginning in college working in mortgage banking, she has earned many different titles, including government regulator, auditor and chief of staff.
For the past seven years, Brittian has been playing an internal role for mergers and acquisitions. Primarily, she works with the internal stakeholders involved in the acquisition or divestiture of businesses. Working internally and externally, she helps develop a strategy to provide support for the ongoing operations and in developing what is turning into the industry's most important document, the Transitional Services Agreement. She also works with various teams to help develop plans for quick migrations, manages risk and addresses legal and cost considerations. Most importantly, Brittian handles the contractual negotiations with third parties to ensure that her company has the most favorable terms possible.
"It has always been about taking risks in my career and not being afraid to fail," Brittian said. "I've been lucky. Many people have given me opportunities to
succeed and have supported me so I wouldn't fail."
Brittian credits strong negotiation skills and maintain good working relationships to her long and successful career in the business. She hopes to someday build her own specialty consulting company doing what she does today. She also hopes to write and publish a book, do more non-profit and volunteer work within her local community.
Brittian is a member of Citigroup Corporate Women's Organization. She has received several recognition awards throughout her career, including a Leo B. Sayer Distinguished Speaker Award from Mississippi State University and numerous internal awards through her organization as well. When Sandra isn't busy working, she enjoys scuba diving, reading and skiing.
