- (1888PressRelease) February 17, 2011 - Sam Sa'd, President of Patriotic Enterprises of Canada, Inc., among other entities, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Sam Sa'd's commitment to excellence in the Real Estate industry and other innovative endeavors.
Sa'd, who earned his education in Engineering at Union College and The University of Kentucky, began his first career in 1962 in broadcasting, went on to teaching English to princes in Saudi Arabia, then on to The British Embassy there, before settling in Toronto, Canada, where he first worked for IBM Canada. It wasn't until 1998 that he began his professional real estate career as a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, followed by Royal Le Page, Re/Max Star Realty, and later settling with Weiss Realty.
As a multi-business entrepreneur, Sa'd is the president and owner of each of his entities, managing the general operations of each business and making the most of his sales and deals himself. He manages and supervises his own staff, contractors and installers. He enjoys negotiating with his suppliers, other real estate brokers, sellers and buyers, and depends on mortgage brokers, bankers, appraisers and real estate inspectors he deals with. "It is my excelling superior skills in sales and negotiating real estate transactions that enables me to generate substantial results," Sa'd explained, "while helping new comer immigrants, start-up young families, college students and some needy others by providing them with accommodation, enabling them to rent in my properties and even in my own home's basement apartment."
Although Sa'd contributes a solid educational background beyond his university education to his success, it is also his hands-on diversified and international experience that has helped him achieve so much throughout his career. With such a wide array of expertise in various facets of business and life, he hopes to write a book to help benefit others on a wide scale in regards to his achievements and personal experience. He also hopes to patent a few of his "green" environmental ideas soon.
Awarded with an Honorable Mention as guest speaker for student conventions at the University of Kentucky and the University of Tennessee, Sa'd is also a seeker of truth, where he assists others in foreclosure and re-growth of broken lives. In his free time, Sam enjoys traveling, listening to music and community volunteer work.
