Aleguas, who holds an Associate's Degree from Canal Zone College, has been working in his field for the past thirty-five years, after spending numerous years as a flight crew systems engineer with astronauts at The Kennedy Space Center.
As president of his brokerage firm, Aleguas oversees all aspects of the business, from listing and selling homes and condominiums, to income properties, waterfront and oceanfront luxury homes, vacation homes, short sales and foreclosures. In addition, he also serves as president of WHERETHELOCASGO.com, an internet advertising company.
"My interest and knowledge of the real estate market with my clients and customers is what keeps me inspired," Aleguas said about his long career in the field.
Aleguas noted that he is able to provide buyers with a free list of foreclosures, short sales, vacation homes, condos and homes and properties from most of the state of Florida.
Helping buyers find luxury homes and distressed properties for investments, Aleguas knows the importance of treating all clients with integrity and honesty. With so much experience under his belt, he has also served his profession as a past district vice-president and a past member of the executive committee and legislative committee with the Florida Association of Realtors. He has also been the president of his local board of directors as well as a past Realtor of the Year and Top Salesman of the Year. When Salvador isn't busy working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and tennis, fishing, and loves travelling and dancing.
