Migliore, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Dowling College and Juris Doctorate from Delaware Law School, has been working in his field for more than thirty years. After leaving a position as a special assistant to the chancellor of St. Georges Medical School in 1977, he started what would become his very own, successful legal practice.
While developing a strong target client base, Migliore has been accepting asbestos, product liability and criminal cases for years. He attends to client relations and handles criminal cases in court and also oversees office administration and public relations. Most days he is in court, followed by meetings with clients and taking phone calls in the afternoons. He also coordinates asbestos and mesothelioma cases, product liability and dangerous product cases, of which his firm has worked to recover compensation for over 1,200 victims of asbestos, mesothelioma and lung cancer thus far.
Having undergraduate training in marketing, Migliore's experience and education has helped him develop his client base. It also showed him the importance of focusing on client service. He also recognizes the importance of welcoming clients to the firm and providing a high level of attention and support, saying, "I love the role of a lawyer in a society and the ability to impact peoples' lives. Very often you can change lives to good in a way that will impact future generations."
Hoping to expand his practice and possibly develop a media presence, such as a radio show, Migliore is optimistic about the future of his Long Island firm.
Migliore has served as general counsel to retired firefighter groups from New York City and has also served as counsel to Stony Brook University's undergraduate study. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association and Kentucky Colonel. He's also been recognized as Man of the Year by the Suffolk County Association of Retired Firefighters. In his free time, Rudolph is an active volunteer with Restoring Health Ministries, Long Island Youth Guidance and Youth for Christ, and he also enjoys spending quality time with his family.
