Biltmore Who's Who Selects Rhonda L. Holcombe as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

- Burlington, NC (1888PressRelease) November 18, 2010 - Rhonda L. Holcombe, Medical Orthopaedic Sales, Training and Education Manager for T&T Technology, Inc., has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
Holcombe, who began her career in the medical field in 1986, learned the ins and outs of the business after spending eleven years with Medtronic (later called Empi, Inc.), working in their neuro division. With the great fortune of receiving such wonderful training from the two organizations, she gained great knowledge and skills that would later be used in her career.
Currently, Holcombe is one of the sales managers working in the orthopedic rehabilitation division of her company. She has a territory consisting of the Triad and Triangle of North Carolina and also oversees parts of Virginia and South Carolina. She manages seven employees that work directly under her in the various areas that she covers, and also assists the company in the hiring and training of new employees. "My goal every day," she said, "is to educate doctors, case managers and physician assistants on the benefits and importance of using certain rehab products on their patients after surgery, and gaining their trust in hopes to have the opportunity to help their patients outside of the hospital to rehab quicker."
For the past eleven years with the company, Holcombe has achieved her greatest successes, due mainly to the coaching and guiding she received. Hoping to continue to strive for excellence in her industry, she would like to continue coaching her seven representatives to grow and have the opportunity to educate more clinicians on the benefits of her equipment. She also hopes to reach the $1.5 million to $2 million mark in her territory within the next three to five years.
Holcombe was named number one in the country for top sales of a new product during her time with Empi, Inc. She was also named number one in sales at her current company for the past seven years, and was the only employee to ever hit the million dollar figure for the last three consecutive years. She is certified in orthopedic knee bracing, back bracing, compression hosiery and CPM. She is a member of the Million Dollar Club of T&T Technology, Mebane Methodist Church, and her local Volleyball Booster Club.
As a single mother of two, Holcombe works diligently to create a balance between work and family time. Her son Brent, 20, is following in his mother's footsteps studying physical therapy, while her daughter Briahna, 15, is in high school with the hopes of someday becoming a pediatrician. In her spare time, Rhonda spends quality time with her two children, and enjoys ACC basketball, soccer, horseback riding, boating and water sports.
