"I was fortunate to be able to work within many areas of the IT industry, including computer operations, telecommunications, networking, system and database administration, application and software development, and finally Internet systems and web development," she said. "The most rewarding aspect is a completed project that makes the job easier and more effective for the people who use it."
Small is very happy working for the Water Authority. Her main goal is to gain more knowledge about the intricacy and mechanics of this organization and how current technology can be applied effectively.
Small has won numerous awards over the years, both individually and as a team, including the AT&T Boundless Appreciation Award and being named Programmer of the Month at FalaDirect Marketing.
