Biltmore Who's Who Selects Michael Lloyd as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

- Phoenix-Mesa, AZ (1888PressRelease) December 01, 2010 - Michael Lloyd, Claims Material Damage Manager and Assistant Vice-President for California Casualty Management Company, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry.
Lloyd, who attended Chaffey Community College and holds an ASE designation in master auto body and paint, has been working in his field for over thirty-five years. Starting out his early years learning body and paint work from his father, becoming an independent auto appraiser at twenty-one, managing dealer collision repair shops, partnering with a collision repair shop, and holding home office positions for two different insurance companies relating to collision repair, his experience is vast.
Currently, Lloyd is in charge of auto property damage claims and processes. He must ensure that proper company procedures are followed and that he sets procedures for claims while abiding state regulations. He also oversees rental, salvage, glass, software, and Internet programs that the company uses in these areas. "I love this industry and chose this to be my lifetime career," he said. He also noted that his company trusts in him, allowing him to actively participate in the industry freely, thanks to all of his accomplishments and ability to prove himself over the years. Lloyd also participates in several industry conferences each year and often speaks at these engagements. He is also required to travel approximately fifty percent of his work time.
Lloyd is on the advisory board of COPART, Performance Claims, and IADA. He is a member of the Collision Industry Conference and is active with the National Hot Rod Association and NASCAR, where he works very closely with friend and world champion, Tony Pedregon. He was awarded with an Outstanding Leadership Award from Collision Repair Electronic Commerce Association. He is a Gold Pin Sponsor, and also volunteers with CIECA, CIC, and NACE. In his free time, Michael enjoys fishing, racing, and NASCAR.
