Hatch, who attended Western Business College for business management and administration, is a licensed real estate agent for the state of Oregon. Having worked in the field for over seventeen years, she started out in the industry as a manager for a real estate office in La Jolla, California before getting licensed.
Working as a broker, Hatch prepares marketing analysis reports for properties in order to price her properties accordingly, develops pieces for promoting properties and represents her buyers in the buying process. She specializes in residential homes, condominiums and duplexes.
Crediting her technical training, strong negotiation skills and huge internet visibility to over forty websites, Hatch has become a very well-educated and successful professional in her career, ensuring confidence and credibility to all of her clients.
