Noguerol, President and CEO for Advanced Division of Informatics and Technology, USA, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Luis O. Noguerol's commitment to excellence in Information Technology and Consulting.
Noguerol, who holds a PhD in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, began working in information technology in 1984, in his native land of Cuba. He earned an associate's degree in operation and programming of control consoles, and worked several months as a mainframe operator before taking on the role of programmer I.
Now the president and CEO for his current organization, Noguerol has a wide array of responsibilities, including proposing, implementing, sustaining, developing, managing and auditing security policies that are implemented locally and in network environments. One of his most notable and noteworthy accomplishments thus far, however, was the design and construction of a non-parametric detector arrear interfering signals which probed some weakness in the Snell's Law. "I have an extensive knowledge of electronics applied to the aviation field," Noguerol said, "specifically in the navigation area. I would like to grow the company globally, focusing on consulting in the field of electronic data security, penetration testing, computer forensics, training in areas of computer sciences, network design, implementation and administration and technical support. I'd also like to collaborate with NASA in the future."
Noguerol is a licensed private pilot for Cessna 172 and dual engine Piper and is a black belt in Judo. He is certified through EC-Council, The Office of Government Commerce of the United Kingdom, CISCO, CompTIA and several others.
