Sadafi, who is current pursuing her doctorate degree in spirituality at the University of Metaphysics Sciences began pursuing her passion of filmmaking in 2004, after spending many years as an entrepreneur.
Specializing in creative expression through film, as well as independent motion pictures, Sadafi's main objective is to put together a strong team that she can count on, overseeing their responsibilities and determining their strengths to mend each project efficiently. As a producer, it is critical to pay close attention to detail.
Crediting her people skills and the ability to work with all types of personalities, Sadafi said, "I have a great vision for creating jobs. My straightforwardness in the business has allowed no one to take advantage of me or my team."
Encouraging everyone around her, especially her crew, to work with passion, Sadafi is able to create and maintain an enjoyable work environment. She credits a wonderful family support system at home in aiding her in her professional life.
Sadafi is a member of numerous organizations, including Women in Film and National Woman's Political Caucus. She was awarded with a National Leadership Award by the National Republican Committee in 2003 and a Golden Key Award. When Lila isn't busy working, she enjoys yoga, tai chi and painting.
