Biltmore Who's Who Selects Laila Loutfi as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

The selection recognizes Laila Loutfi's commitment to excellence in the field of Religion and Christian Products.
Loutfi, who holds a BBA in Organizational Behavior and Management from the University of Houston, has been working in the corporate world since 1992. Having started working for the church just over two years ago, she works for Winning Walk, a radio and television broadcast of Dr. Ed Young in the customer care department.
In addition to overseeing the administration aspect of her job, Loutfi takes orders over the phone for Dr. Young's DVDs, CDs, books and booklets, processes web orders online, and downloads and imports all the orders from their answering service on a daily basis. She also updates and maintains the integrity of the proprietary database, assists with daily reports and assists the supervisor with month-end business activity.
Having many years experience in administrative work and customer service, Loutfi's family has supported her in all her endeavors over the years. "I like positions where I can help people and help them accomplish what they are looking for too," she explained. Hoping to get a promotion and attain a supervisory role in the future, she is confident in her experience and effort thus far.
Loutfi has been published on the cover of The Annual Report for Panhandle Trading and Marketing Services, Inc. during her time working in the energy industry. In her free time, Laila enjoys traveling, going to the movies and dancing.
