Barnardoni, Home Inspector for Bernardoni Home Inspections, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Joseph F. Bernardoni's commitment to excellence in Home Inspections and Home Safety.
Bernardoni, who holds a BS in Information Systems from Grantham University, followed by an MBA from American Intercontinental University, is a certified home inspector in the state of Georgia who founded his business in 2009.
By providing a third-party opinion, Bernardoni helps his clients in making wise decisions for those looking to purchase a home. He inspects everything from the foundation to the roof, oblivious defects and safety issues, as well as every window and receptacle throughout each home, while some inspectors may only check one window and one receptacle in each room. He also recommends that all of his clients also bring in licensed electricians, HVAC professionals pool professionals if the home has a pool and defects are detected, so that they feel confident before making any binding decisions. "After purchasing three houses myself in the past ten years, and talking to friends about receiving inadequate home inspections, I decided to start my own business to ensure that people receive proper detail and thorough inspections," he explained. "A home is one of the largest purchases a person will make, and they should have the proper representation for them."
Prior to joining the United States Marine Corps, Bernardoni went to school for carpentry and electrical work. He hopes to acquire more certifications in the near future so that he can provide the best possible service for his customers and perhaps become a one-stop shop, with a roofer, electrician, HVAC, pesticide and foundation professional all working together as a team.
Bernardoni is a member of the American Legion and the Housing Inspection Foundation. He served twenty years in the US Marines and is a strong supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Disabled Veterans Association, the Wounded Warrior Program and Special Olympics. In his free time, Joseph enjoys hunting, fishing and other outdoor sports.
