Neikiri-O'Brien's commitment to excellence in Sales.
Neikirk-O'Brien, who has over twenty years experience working with All American Beauty Products and twenty-five years in customer service, began working for her current company in March of 2010.
In her current role, Neikirk-O'Brien does sales and recruiting for her team, serves as a beauty consultant, and sells skin products, make-up, perfume, women's, teens and children's wear and menswear.
"I believe that in order to be successful in selling my products I need to show, share and sell," Neikirk-O'Brien explained. "I show products to my customers either by demoing them or sharing a brochure with them. I share how wonderful the product is and the benefits of using the product."
Proud to work for a company that sells "Made in America" products, Neikirk-O'Brien also loves working for herself and being her own boss.
Recently a member of the President's Club since March 21 of this year, Neikirk-O'Brien is the recipient of numerous awards from Citi Bank. She also received an Appreciation Certificate from the Disabled American Veterans, a Certificate from Locks of Love, and from her company for achieving the position of unit leader. She is a strong supporter of numerous charities, including the VA, Support the Troops, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, various cancer organizations, and her local fire department, police department and humane society. In her free time, Joan enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting and reading.
