Biltmore Who's Who Selects Joan L. Neikirk-O'Brien as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Neikirk-O'Brien, who boasts over twenty-one years experience in the retail and sales industries, recently jumped onboard with Avon this past spring in sales and recruiting.
As unit leader, Neikirk-O'Brien is educated on all Avon skin products and benefits, so that she can educate both consumers and new company representatives. She also does recruiting work, conducts interviews for potential sales staff, and manages her team. "I always set high goals for myself and work hard to make them happen," she said. She said that her determination, reliability and work ethic and willingness to help fellow co-workers also help her achieve her objectives.
Neikirk-O'Brien aspires to make the company President's Club by growing her team and increasing sales in the near future. She is also working on growing her second job as an independent home consultant with Longaberger, which features home décor, pottery, handbags, and other accessories.
During her short time with Avon, Neikirk-O'Brien has won numerous sales awards for sales of over $500 in one month. She is also the recipient for most increased sales in the first quarter. Joan is a strong supporter of the VA, Support the Troops, Local Police and Firefighters, the Human Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and cancer research. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, and reading
