Biltmore Who's Who Selects Jesse Cobb LaPrade as an Executive of the Year Member

- Montgomery, AL (1888PressRelease) July 01, 2011 - Jesse Cobb LaPrade, Extension Agricultural Safety Specialist for Auburn University, has been selected as an Executive of the Year Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Jesse Cobb LaPrade's commitment to excellence in Education and Art.
LaPrade, who holds a BS in Ornamental Horticulture from Virginia Tech, an MS in Plant Pathology from North Carolina State University and a PhD in Agriculture from the University of Florida, began working in his field in 1974 as a professional plant pathologist for Clemson College.
In his current role, LaPrade fosters, develops and maintains an effective farm and agricultural safety program for the citizens of Alabama, for both Auburn University and The Alabama Cooperative Extension System.
"I have always been inspired by my deeply rooted religion, faith in God, and my love for people to make my best effort to provide faith-based education that will raise our clients to a new and improved level of success in their lives," LaPrade said.

A member of NIFS, Kennedy Centers World Class Artist, Phi Kappa Phi, and International Speakers Network, LaPrade is also the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, including a letter from President Clinton and a certificate from Vice-President Gore.
