Sawyer, who holds a BS in Business and Economics from the University of North Carolina, founded his organization in 2010 after spending many years in pharmaceutical sales.
As owner, Sawyer oversees the financial aspect of the business, oversees a team that runs the day to day operations of skilled labor and also recruits physicians.
Boasting numerous years of management experience, Sawyer has a strong desire and ability to help clients by providing solutions to their staffing needs and help numerous people that are out of work by providing jobs for them, which is quite rewarding.
Hoping to launch Staffing Consultants Medical in 2012 with a focus on physician recruiting, Sawyer plans to expand and open other Staffing Consultants offices in the southeast area. He has even considered national franchising for the future.
"I want to affect as many people as I possibly can by providing staffing solutions for businesses and jobs for our workers," Sawyer said confidently.
Sawyer is a member of American Staffing Association. He is the recipient of a Sales Representative of the Year Award through Pharmacia Corporation, was named Most Outstanding Trainer for Janssen Corporation and was named Number One Women's Healthcare Representative for Pharmacia. When Jerry isn't busy working, he enjoys playing basketball and weightlifting.
