Biltmore Who's Who Selects Jerome E. Rogers as an Executive Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Rogers, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, began working in accounting in 1993 after spending sixteen years in the oil and gas industry as a land draftsman.
As controller for his organization, Rogers is responsible for all the day to day accounting duties, ranging from entering daily sales from Profit to QuickBooks to closing the month. He also oversees cash flow for the owner, reconciles the bank accounts, adheres to payables, does wire transfers and payroll.
Having a very sound understanding of the general ledger and having the ability to learn new software relatively quickly, Rogers is very determined to perform his job duties at the highest level possible.
"I'm a very competitive person," Rogers said. "I always want to perform the best I can."
With plans to continue in the same line of work, Rogers hopes to acquire a position that holds more responsibility, possibly for another, much larger company. His biggest hope, he said, is to work with a company that protects cold water fishing resources.
Rogers is a member of the American Institute Professional Bookkeepers, and is a contributing member of the Federation of Fly Fishers, Trout Unlimited, Sierra Club and Wilderness Society. He is the recipient of a Best Project of the Year from Colorado Trout Unlimited and has also helped start the West Denver Chapter for the organization. When Jerome isn't busy working, he enjoys fly fishing, bicycling and traveling.
