Kittle, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Emporia State University, began working in his field for his current company in 2006, a nationwide staffing organization that focuses on recruitment for various positions in various industries.
As an account manager, Kittle serves as their local branch manager responsible for selling the company's services, managing the recruitment process and his recruiters, and overseeing client delivery.
Kittle credits his sales experience and the ability to be available to his clients around the clock, being able to manage his local team and also being fortunate enough to work with great fellow employees the three most powerful aspects to his success in the business thus far.
"You have to be able to motivate, gain respect, and drive your team to get greater than expected results day after day," Kittle said of his position within the company.
Having always been competitive by nature, Kittle played competitive sports growing up and was coached by his father who also had a very and successful and long career in sales, he learned early on that the business isn't cut out for everyone and that you have to really want more than to just be 'good enough' in the field.
Aspiring to own his own company one day and help others achieve their goals in life and in their careers, Kittle plans to continue to do good work and to drive business. In his down time, he speaks at technical schools, giving advice on career opportunities. He's also a member of his local Chamber of Commerce. Kittle received an Outstanding Achievements Award during his first year with Aerotek for sales. When he's not busy working, Jeremy enjoys working out at the gym, going to sporting events and spending time with his family.
