- Boston, MA-NH (1888PressRelease) April 05, 2011 - Jeanne Kopacz, Managing Partner of Allegro Interior Architecture, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Jeanne Kopacz's commitment to excellence in the field of Interior Design.
Kopacz, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Interior Design from the University of Massachusetts, and has owned her business for ten years, opened her second business as a team of specialists, both interior designers and architects, to develop commercial spaces for work, hospitality, education and recreation.
As managing partner specializing in commercial interiors, Kopacz has eight people on her team. Their work is known for unique solutions that integrate color and form. Known internationally as a color expert, her research in color and architecture grew out of teaching at New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University. She has also added depth to her design expertise through her teaching of codes and construction, materials and textiles, and commercial design studio courses. "My clients recognize me for my ability to listen well and to design spaces that reflect their business goals and imagery, rather than my personal taste," Kopacz said.
Constantly inspired by the changes in technology, Kopacz is always challenged by the creative young minds that she works with both at the university and in the office. She is very much aware of the public focus on energy reduction, reduction of material waste and a commitment to healthy environments and is eager to offer better design solutions that respect our earth.
Her first book, Color in Three-Dimensional Design, received a Professional Scholarly Publishing Award from the Association of American Publishers for contributions in architecture and urban planning. Kopacz has been invited to speak at numerous professional conferences and seminars throughout her career and has taught at two other schools in addition to Suffolk University, including Rhode Island School of Design and Mount Ida College. She is a certified interior designer through the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications, is registered in Washington, DC, and is a LEED accredited professional. In her free time, Jeanne enjoys flying stunt kites.
