Biltmore Who's Who Selects Janice Svoboda as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Svoboda, who holds a BS in Health Education from the University of Wisconsin, is a certified holistic nurse running a private practice mainly out of her home.
Currently, Svoboda helps educate individuals on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition information and weight reduction. She also informs patients on supplement and health education, pain, stomach and weight related issues.
Contributing numerous hours in the forms of professional lectures, conferences and research, Svoboda continues to stay abreast in the healthcare field. She also spends a great deal of time networking and taking part in discussions with fellow colleagues and other mentors in the field.
"I was never satisfied with how healthcare was given. It was more about disease care," Svoboda said. "The solution seemed obvious for me with preventative care, which is what I specialize in."
With the hopes of continuing to help educate those in need and grow within the field, Svoboda encourages all of her patients to buy local produce and grow their own fresh and organic food.
Svoboda is a charter member of The American Holistic Nurses Association and is a board member of her local YMCA. She's been named to numerous Who's Who organizations in recognition of her career success. When Janice isn't busy working, she enjoys cross-country skiing, walking and bicycling.
