Biltmore Who's Who Selects Firdosh M. Bhinde as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Bhinde, Childcare Aide for Glastonbury Family YMCA, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Firdosh M. Bhinde's commitment to excellence in the Education and Childcare industries.
Bhinde, who holds a BA in Communication Disorders from the University of Connecticut, has been pursuing her career in education since graduation this year.
Starting out by volunteering as a kindergarten teacher assistant, Bhinde has since been working as an aide for over a year and a half. As an aide for the organization, she reports to her site director, providing lesson plans and running various activity centers. "I consider myself to be a team player," she said. "I'm able to adapt to change and improvise. I am a compassionate person and genuinely care about children."
Since Bhinde was very young, her desire to work with children has always been a goal of hers. She has always wanted to be an important role model and to be able to make a difference in the eyes of a child.
Currently in the process of applying to graduate school to pursue her Master's degree in early childhood education and receive her teacher's certification for nursery to grade three, Bhinde plans to become a teacher and possibly run her own daycare facility sometime in the future. In the meantime, Firdosh spends her free time volunteering within her local community, and enjoys walking, reading and spending time with family and friends.
