Biltmore Who's Who Selects Eunice Parisi-Carew

Parisi-Carew, who began her professional career while studying in graduate school for her doctorate in behavioral sciences from the University of Massachusetts, began by tagging along with her mentors while consulting on leadership and organizational issues.
After having an assist role during her time in graduate school, Parisi-Carew then began working on her own doing consulting in small business organizations and agencies. Currently, she researches trends that are occurring, like demographics and technology and their impact on business, her own organization and her clients'. "I facilitate in the strategic planning for our organization," she explained. "I work with key clients, especially in the area of building teams and moving to a team-based culture."
An expert in human behavior, and on the development and sustaining of high performing teams, Parisi-Carew has a strong ability to write and is passionate about women in leadership roles. She also notes that she has a fascination for how humans behave and what drives behavior. In addition to being an executive and co-founder of the Ken Blanchard Companies, she is also co-owner of the Lead-Her-Ship website. "I want to do more with women and lead-her-ship," she said, "with writings, workshops and retreats."
Co-Author to two books, One Minute Manager Builds High Performing Teams and High Five: He Magic of Working Together, Parisie-Carew has worked with clients around the world and served on several boards, such as NTL Institute. She has spoken at national women's events and won honor like the most Values Led Player Award for her company.
